Vacation House Sameura is a vacant house that has been abandoned for 10 years and has been renovated into a vacation rental.
The increasing number of vacant houses is becoming a problem all over Japan as depopulation progresses

Vacation House Sameura
Sameura is located in the center of Shikoku. You can also take day trips to Kochi City, Takamatsu City in Kagawa Prefecture, and Matsuyama City in Ehime Prefecture. It is also a convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Shikoku.

On sunny days, the surface of the river shines an emerald green color.
The water is so clear that you can see the shadows of sweetfish and other river fish on the riverbed. In the summer, the area is crowded with people playing in the river.
Fireflies can be seen from late May to June.

You can BBQ in the garden using local food.
Charcoal and fire starters are available.

You can have a BBQ in the garden.
BBQ equipment is available for free rental.

If you are using a bicycle or motorbike, you can park it in the garage.

You can freely harvest and cook them.

Vacation House Sameura welcomes pets.
We have pet cages and pet sheets available.
When bringing your pet
◎Dogs that are well-trained and do not use the toilet indoors are welcome to stay. Please come after we have exterminated the fleas.
◎Please let your pet sleep in its own cage or bed.
*Putting on people's beds or futons is strictly prohibited.
◎Please refrain from bathing or shampooing your dog in the bathroom.
Shampooing at the outside washing area is possible. Please bring your own pet shampoo. Shampoo in the bathroom is not available.
◎Please refrain from using the toilet in the fields and gardens on the premises.
The grass growing in the fields and gardens can be eaten by customers.
You will use it. Also, please refrain from using the toilet in fields or gardens as this may cause the tree to wither.

A separate pet fee will be charged. (¥5,500~) Please contact us when making a reservation.
Use of organic garden
You can freely harvest crops and herbs from the field.
Please feel free to cut flowers, press them, make tinctures, etc.
*It may not be available depending on the season or weather.
Harvest parsley, mitsuba leaves, green onions, etc. from your garden.
It can be used for cooking.
You can pick tea from tea trees and make green tea and black tea.
