Let’s make japanese meal with us
We will make a set meal of rice, grilled fish, miso soup, and tamagoyaki together.
Miso soup is made by making dashi from dried bonito flakes.
For grilled fish, we grill seasonal fish such as pacific saury and horse mackerel.
Cook and eat with us. This includes the time it takes to tidying up. Ending time may vary.
Time:3~4hours
4:00pm~7:30pm / 10:00am~1:30pm
Price:¥6,500/per person
Reservations are accepted from 2 people.
Morning reservations are only available for those staying consecutive nights.
Please make a reservation at least 5 days in advance.
Let's make mugwort mochi
Make mochi by cooking rice from mochi rice.
For mochi, we use a mochi pounding machine.
Harvest fresh mugwort from the garden and make mugwort mochi.
We use commercially available red bean paste. Add toppings as you like.
There is a period when the mugwort dies.
Dried mugwort may be used depending on the season.

Tea party experience
Harvest Japanese herbs from our garden and make herbal tea. We have a tea party with small tea sweets.
Let's enjoy tea time together!
The barb tea we make changes depending on the season. In winter season, herbs we may use pre-dried rather than harvested.
For example, mugwort, Dokudami, green tea, etc.
